Pre-study
Pre-study
A well-developed pre-study increases the probability of a successful project and it gives you as a customer a good overview of whether your needs are met. The pre-study provides the answers to whether the project can be carried out.
At Teamster, we help you who work in the industry with all or part of your pre-study. The result of this pre-study leads to a pre-study report which sets out the pros and cons of the pre-studie’s proposals, as well as a timetable and initial budget which can then form the basis for decisions on the project's implementation.
Preliminary study, when to carry it out and why?
A feasibility study is a preliminary study in the absolute first events of a project. The feasibility study must answer whether the assignment or project can be carried out, whether the time and costs for carrying out the project are in line with the expected income
The result of a feasibility study is a feasibility study report, in which the following were examined;
- Background, goals and purpose
- Extent
- Boundaries
- Current situation analysis
- Interest analysis
- Requirements specification
- Solution proposal
- Profitability analysis
- Milestone plan
